Propuesta de mejora de productividad en la empresa Constructora Wagner Sebastián SAC – Trujillo, aplicando metodología BIM - 2021

Abstract

El objetivo general del presente producto de investigación es realizar la aplicación de la metodología BIM en la edificación Monserrate Park. Los resultados de la presente investigación se orientaron a seguir tres pasos fundamentales: El paso uno fue el modelamiento de los planos para las especialidades de estructuras, arquitectura, instalaciones sanitarias e instalaciones eléctricas en el software Revit 3D, el paso dos fue el reconocimiento de las incompatibilidades en los planos del Expediente Técnico de obra de la obra por medio del software Revit 3D y el paso tres fue realizar una comparación entre las incompatibilidades encontradas en los planos con respecto al expediente técnico de obra de la obra edificación Monserrate Park. Finalmente se concluyó que la aplicación de la metodología BIM en la edificación Monserrate Park fue efectiva y que influyó en el diagnóstico temprano de errores en los planos del Expediente Técnico de obra que se tradujeron a las incompatibilidades encontradas. Estas incompatibilidades influyeron en el costo total de la obra inicial con una diferencia de S/ 52,782.26 y en la duración inicial de la obra con una diferencia de 41 días calendarios

The general objective of this research product is to carry out the application of the BIM methodology in the Monserrate Park building. The results of the present investigation were oriented to follow three fundamental steps: Step one was the modeling of the plans for the specialties of structures, architecture, sanitary installations and electrical installations in the Revit 3D software, step two was the recognition of the incompatibilities in the plans of the technical file of the work through the Revit 3D software and step three was to make a comparison between the incompatibilities found in the plans with respect to the technical file of the Monserrate Park building work. Finally, it was concluded that the application of the BIM methodology in the Monserrate Park building was effective and that it influenced the early diagnosis of errors in the plans of the technical file that resulted in the incompatibilities found. These incompatibilities influenced the total cost of the initial work with a difference of S/ 52,782.26 and the initial duration of the work with a difference of 41 calendar days.
