The objective of the present investigation was to determine the relationship between adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the quality of nursing care. Microred Florencia de Mora - Trujillo, 2019. The methodology included a type of non-experimental quantitative research, whose design was correlational. The sample consisted of 37 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who attended to receive antituberculous treatment in the Microred of Florencia de Mora, to whom a questionnaire was applied to measure adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and a questionnaire to measure the quality of care of the nurse. In the results, a value of r = .55 was determined, indicating a direct relationship of great magnitude between the adherence to antituberculous treatment and the quality of nursing care in patients of the Microred district of Florencia de Mora 2019. Likewise, 97% of patients are adherent to the treatment, while 3% are not adherent to the treatment, as far as the quality of the care of the nurse, 100% qualifies it as favorable. Finally, in the characterization of patients, the masculine sex predominates (59%), in unmarried civil status (35%), with incomplete secondary (35%) and in active labor situation (57%).
