Rendimiento de mano de obra en partida muros de ladrillo King Kong de arcilla en cinco edificaciones en el distrito de Trujillo - 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis es una investigación descriptiva, con una finalidad aplicada en campo, principalmente en el distrito de Trujillo, al tener un crecimiento poblacional en nuestra ciudad y ver la expansión que ello genera en el distrito de Trujillo, de esa manera demostramos el rendimiento de mano de obra en la construcción de viviendas en la partida de muros de ladrillo King Kong de arcilla en el distrito de Trujillo es 10% aproximadamente inferior a la propuesta por la Cámara Peruana de la Construcción, validándose de esta manera la hipótesis formulada en esta investigación. De la misma manera esta investigación es un aporte a la construcción de obras trujillanas por cuanto proporciona información veraz y objetiva en los rendimientos de obra en la construcción de viviendas, teniendo una formulación más razonable en el análisis de precios unitarios y por ello la elaboración del presupuesto en obras del distrito de Trujillo.

La empleabilidad de estos resultados obtenidos de rendimiento de mano de obra en partida de muros de ladrillo King Kong de arcilla en la presente investigación es opcional, esta ofrecida y dirigida a entidades públicas o privadas que deseen tener un presupuesto más acorde al mercado.

This thesis is a descriptive investigation, with a purpose applied in the field, mainly in the different districts of Trujillo, having a population growth in our city and seeing the expansion that this generates in the district of Trujillo, that way we demonstrate the performance of labor in the construction of houses in the heading of King Kong clay brick walls in the Trujillo district is approximately 10% lower than that proposed by the Peruvian Chamber of Construction, thus validating the hypothesis formulated in this investigation. In the same way, this research is a contribution to the construction of Trujillo works because it provides truthful and objective information on the performance of works in the construction of houses, having a more reasonable formulation in the analysis of unit prices and therefore the development of budget in works of the district of Trujillo.

The employability of these results obtained from the workforce performance of clay King Kong brick walls in the present investigation is optional, it is offered and addressed to public or private entities that wish to have a budget more in line with the market.
