This study was called ‘‘Vertical integration strategy forward and its impact on the sales level of the company COSTA GAS, in the city of Trujillo, in the period of 2019’. The research was carried out with the company object of this thesis recently implemented the vertical forward integration strategy that includes a series of investments and tactics with the aim of improving customer service and being more competitive in the market. The general objective was to know the impact that the implementation of the strategy had in reference in the volume of sales of the company object of the study. The methodology used included as techniques the in-depth interview whose instrument the interview guide was applied to the main officials of COSTA GAS. A second technique was the documentary analysis that includes the review and analysis of the firm's documents. The population was made up of the 5 main officials of the COSTA GAS company in Trujillo, which had active activation in the implementation of the forward vertical integration strategy. The conclusions obtained point to verify that the forward vertical integration strategy has had a positive impact on the company's sales volume. This is corroborated by comparing the sales volumes of the company under investigation in the first nine months of 2018 and 2019, showing a 70% growth in sales units.
