Satisfacción laboral entre adultos intermedios y jóvenes de un hospital privado en Piura

Abstract

La siguiente investigación la cual es de tipo sustantiva y diseño descriptivo comparativo, tuvo como objetivo principal conocer si existe diferencia en el nivel de satisfacción laboral entre los adultos jóvenes y los adultos intermedios de un hospital privado de Piura. La población estuvo compuesta por 112 colaboradores de dicha organización, a los cuales se les aplicó el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral SL-ARG (Alex Sívori Ruíz Gómez). Se pudo evidenciar que sí existen diferencias entre los adultos jóvenes e intermedios, por lo tanto, se corroborarían las hipótesis planteadas.

The main objective of the following investigation, which is of substantive type and comparative descriptive design, was to determine if there is a difference in the level of job satisfaction among young adults and intermediate adults of a private hospital in Piura. The population was composed of 112 employees of the named organization, to whom the Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire SL-ARG (Alex Sívori Ruíz Gómez) was applied. It was possible to prove that there are differences between young and intermediate adults, therefore the proposed hypotheses would be corroborated.
