The objective of this investigation is to carry out an inventory model to reduce the costs of maintaining spare parts in the sub warehouse F of the company Agroindustrial Cartavio S.A.A. To meet this objective, an ABC analysis of the class A spare parts of the 26 existing families in the warehouse was first carried out; In addition, the demand forecast was made for the 34 classified spare parts, on the other hand, the appropriate inventory model was determined depending on the coefficient of variation and the Revision P model and the EOQ model were designed, calculating the optimal quantity for both models, later the cost of order and storage was found. Finally, the total annual inventory cost was calculated to implement the proposed models and estimate the improvements in inventory costs to see if the investigation is feasible or not. The investigation complied with all the characteristics required for an inventory model that allows reducing the storage costs of the company, since the total cost of inventory for the year 2023 with the actual model is S/4,596,992.26 and with the proposed models would be S/4,279,843.49, for this reason, applying the models proposed for spare parts, the company will have savings of S/317,148.77 with a percentage variation of 6.90%, which indicates that it is feasible to use the Revision P model and the EOQ model in the company
