The present investigation work was carried out in the field of the agroindustrial farm UPAO, district Salaverry, province of Trujillo during the period of October and November of 2018, with the purpose of determining what is the effect of four doses of bio-stimulant biol as a complement to the mineral fertilization, in the production of chard (Beta Vulgaris Var Cicla L.), for this we used experimental design of blocks completely at random with four treatments and four repetitions and a control without application; An analysis of variance was performed to determine the significant statistical differences and the Duncan test at 0.05% probability to determine the optimal dose. The evaluated parameters were: number of leaves/plant, height of plant that were evaluated at 15, 30 and 47 days after sowing and yield at 55 days after sowing. Planting distance was 30 cm between silver and 70 cm between rows; in an experimental area of 336 m² that was divided into treatments T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 (control s/a); to which was applied a dose of 50 kg N/ha, and bio-stimulant dose biol of 200, 300, 400 and 500 L/ha respectively, and treatment T5 (control s/a). The results of this investigation showed that the highest number of leaves and plant height were reported in the T4 treatment (50 kg N/ha + 500 L biol/ha), statistically surpassing the other treatments, especially the T5 treatment (control s/a) which was left behind in the last place. The highest yield of chard; it was obtained in the treatment T4 (50 kg N/ha + 500 L biol/ha) with 7.56 t/ha; surpassing treatments T3 (6.48 t/ha), T2 (5.42 t/ha), T1 (4.56 t/ha) and T5 (3.68 t/ha), in 14.3, 28.3, 40.1 and 51.1%, respectively.
