Objective: Demonstrate a relationship between PSA levels, age and prostate volume in patients with BPH at Cayetano Heredia hospital, Piura. 2017. Methodology: Cross-sectional, non-causal, retrospective, observational, observational study, the sample consisted of 258 patients, determined by Epi Info program calculated with a population of 789 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results: The average PSA value was 2.93 (SD: 0.17). The average age was 68.5 years (SD: 0.78). The predominant age with high PSA was 60-69 years. The degree of relationship between PSA levels and the age of patients was very low positive (r=0.07), with no statistical significance (p=0.09) in BPH. The degree of relationship between PSA levels and prostate volume was low positive (r=0.209) with statistical significance (p<0.01) in BPH. The degree of relationship between prostate volume and patient`s age was weak positive (r=0.14), with statistical significance (p=0.02) in BPH. Conclusion: There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between PSA blood level with prostate volume and age group with prostate volume. Not being the case of PSA blood level with age group where it has a very low relationship and is not statistically significant.
