The objective of this study was to determine the seroprevalence of canine Ehrlichiosis associated with epidemiological factors in Canis familaris. For the study, 147 dogs were randomly sampled under the following inclusion criteria: any breed and age, of both sexes, with or without symptoms of the disease who attended the Veterinary Center in the period July - August 2023, who resided in the district of Nuevo Chimbote and whose owners authorized their participation. The samples were processed using the SNAP 4DX test from Idexx Labs, which has a sensitivity of 96.2% and specificity of 98%, to identify antibodies against Ehrlichia canis. The seroprevalence obtained was 65% (95/147) in the dogs sampled; The factors of age (p=0.0370), and presence of ticks (p=0.0156) were determined as factors associated with the seroprevalence of canine Ehrlichiosis along with the presentation of vascular alterations (0.0157). The factors sex, breed, history of carrying ticks, the environment where the dog lives, type of breeding and lack of ectoparasite control were not statistically significant. It is therefore concluded that there is an association between age and the presence of ticks with the high seroprevalence of canine Ehrlichiosis in the district of Nuevo Chimbote
