Gestión gerencial y su relación con el crecimiento empresarial de las Mypes de calzado del centro comercial APIAT, Trujillo, 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión gerencial y el crecimiento empresarial en las Mypes de calzado del centro comercial APIAT, Trujillo, 2023. Se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 97 empresarios. Se aplicó el cuestionario como instrumento. En los resultados se identificó que la gestión gerencial presentó un nivel medio según el 97% de los encuestados. Asimismo, se identificó que el crecimiento empresarial presentó un nivel medio de acuerdo al 97% de los encuestados. También, se determinó que existe una relación directa moderada y muy significativa entre la gestión gerencial y las dimensiones perspectiva del ciclo de vida, perspectiva basada en los recursos y perspectiva en la motivación del crecimiento empresarial, con un Rho de Spearman de 0.473, 0.457 y 0.406, respectivamente. En relación a la hipótesis de investigación, se rechazó la nula y se aceptó la alterna, es decir, si existe una relación directa moderada y muy significativa entre la gestión gerencial y el crecimiento empresarial en las Mypes de calzado del centro comercial APIAT, Trujillo, 2023, según lo obtenido en el Rho de Spearman, el cual fue 0.635 y un valor p = 0.000, inferior al 0.05. Concluyó que, las variables de estudio se relacionan de forma directa moderada y muy significativa.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between management and business growth in the footwear Mypes of the APIAT shopping center, Trujillo, 2023. It was based on a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational level. The sample was composed of 97 entrepreneurs. The questionnaire was applied as an instrument. The results showed that management management presented a medium level according to 97% of the respondents. Likewise, it was identified that business growth presented a medium level according to 97% of the respondents. Also, it was determined that there is a moderate and highly significant direct relationship between managerial management and the dimensions life cycle perspective, resource-based perspective and perspective on entrepreneurial growth motivation, with a Spearman's Rho of 0.473, 0.457 and 0.406, respectively. In relation to the research hypothesis, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted, that is, if there is a moderate and highly significant direct relationship between managerial management and business growth in the footwear Mypes of the APIAT shopping center, Trujillo, 2023, as obtained in Spearman's Rho, which was 0.635 and a p-value = 0.000, less than 0.05. It concluded that the study variables are directly related in a moderate and highly significant way.
