This research work has been carried out to determine the relationship between relational behavior and customer loyalty of the Center for High Aesthetics of Precious Beauty Salon & SPA - Piura 2020. The focus of the research is quantitative, the type of research is applied; with a non-experimental transactional design, and the research level is descriptive correlational. The study population was made up of all the clients that the company currently has, these being a total of 500 clients, the sample for the research study was 218 clients. For data collection, the survey was used as a research technique and as an instrument, a Likert-type questionnaire with 5 levels, which considers the research variables (relational behavior and customer loyalty), said instrument obtained reliability of 0.881 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which reflects that the internal reliability of the instrument is acceptable. Among the most relevant results of the research, it is considered that the relational behavior and the loyalty of the clients of the Center for High Aesthetics of Beauty Salon and SPA of the district of Piura, the year 2020, are significantly related. Finally, it was concluded that the relational behavior of employees improves customer loyalty, which their buying behavior is influenced by the different actions offered by the company and the sales staff, this is evidenced through the test 2 = 340.240 that accepts the general research hypothesis.
