The main objective of this study is to propose an activity control system, which provides a way of working where the priority is focused on the quality of the result and not on deliverables, this project is broken down under the PMBOK Guide and all phases are applied. and tools, which are in alignment with this methodology. The schedule of activities in the project ““Quality assurance during the execution of the improvement of the Paiján emitter under the PMBOK methodology““, based on projects that have been developed under the influence of this system and that its implementation as well as the results has been successful. ways of working so that the delivery of products focuses more on results than on deliverables The system accelerates competitiveness among projects by providing accessibility and guidance to various management quality control archetypes that are not prepared to apply new technologies. Therefore, this methodology shows us the applicability and good results as a primary consequence. Schedule control is increasingly important in the construction of improvement of the Paiján emitter, to improve competitiveness among engineering projects. This importance manifests itself in many ways, but perhaps one of the most prominent is our key role in building relationships with our suppliers. Today, the new function assumed by cost management in sanitation companies or any other item; is to find value-added strategies, manage supply resources and connect the corporate value chain with the suppliers' value chain. The sanitation industry has more options to improve logistics management through the proper management of resources, cost reduction and implementation of new tools to significantly improve competitive strategies within its scope of need. The Principles capture and summarize the purpose of forward-thinking or adaptable project management practices and functions. This principles-based guidance complies with the new version of PMI's Program, Portfolio and Risk Management Standards. This new standard and project management guidelines do x not contradict previous process-based versions. The previous version is still very useful and relevant for determining and evaluating project management skills and methodologies and establishing methodologies adapted to the process. Another important change is the systematic view of project management. This starts with a systematic approach to the value proposition in the standard and a systematic view of the guideline content. This standard emphasizes that projects not only produce products, but results that add value to the organization and its stakeholders. The system view transforms the knowledge domains into eight project delivery domains. A performance override is a set of activities that are critical to the effective delivery of project deliverables. Finally, this research is oriented to present the results of implementing various tools of the quality control system proposed in the construction to determine the behavior of the work in the time that is scheduled when this system is applied and highlight the benefits that it brings
