Sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para prevenir riesgos laborales en la empresa SAAGO S.A.C - Trujillo

Abstract

La empresa SAAGO S.A.C. no cuenta con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para sus procesos, que garantice proteger la integridad de sus trabajadores ante los riesgos que puedan atentar contra su salud, por lo que el objetivo de la presente investigación es elaborar e implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en cumplimiento de la Ley N° 29783. La metodología empleada fue realizar inspecciones a las instalaciones de la curtiembre, la observación directa y aplicar el cuestionario de la lista de verificación, a fin de verificar el análisis y diagnóstico de la situación actual de toda la empresa, en lo que concierne a seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Como resultado del diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa se identificó sus deficiencias, teniéndose un 9.39% de cumplimiento actual, lo cual es No Aceptable, asimismo con la técnica de identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos se determinaron los riesgos más significativos en cada una de las áreas de trabajo, utilizando la matriz de riesgos, que constituye un 40.6% de riesgo importante. Con la evaluación realizada se concluye que las deficiencias de la situación actual de la empresa y la determinación de los riesgos significativos en las áreas de trabajo, se recomienda la necesidad de la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en cumplimiento a la Ley N° 29783, su reglamento y sus modificatorias; esta implementación logrará involucrar el compromiso de la alta dirección y la participación activa de todos los trabajadores.

The company SAAGO S.A.C. does not have an occupational health and safety management system for its processes, which guarantees to protect the integrity of its workers against risks that could threaten their health, so the objective of this research is to develop and implement an occupational health and safety management system in compliance with Law N° 29783. The methodology used was to carry out inspections of the tannery facilities, direct observation and apply the questionnaire from the checklist, in order to verify the analysis and diagnosis of the current situation of the entire company, as regards safety and security health at work. As a result of the diagnosis of the current situation of the company, its deficiencies were identified, having a 9.39% current compliance, which is Not Acceptable, also with the technique of hazard identification and risk assessment, the most significant risks were determined in each one of the work areas, using the risk matrix, which constitutes a 40.6% significant risk. With the evaluation carried out, it is concluded that the deficiencies of the current situation of the company and the determination of the significant risks in the work areas, the need to implement the occupational health and safety management system is recommended in compliance with Law N° 29783, its regulations and its amendments; This implementation will involve the commitment of senior management and the active participation of all workers.
