The objective of this work is to propose a predicition model of the vertical oclusal dimension by means of different clinical facial measurements in dentate individuals The present work is prospective, transversal, descriptive, and observational. Developed in the Antenor Orrego Private University, department of La Libertad and included a total of 67 subjects between 18 and 29 years. To propose a prediction model of the vertical occlusal dimension (OVD), 11 different facial clinical measurements of dentate individuals were recorded. To evaluate the prediction, simple linear regression models were used. A level of significance of 5% was considered. It is concluded that the clinical left front left exoskeleton was the one that predicted the OVD better, where the proposed prediction models are DVO (PM) = 12,052 + 0.927 [(Exi-Chi)], R2 = 36.6% and the DVO (Sn-M) = 7.815 + 0.762 [(Exi-Chi)], R2 = 37.1%.
