This professional project concerns the development of an information system for the management of maintenance and after-sales contracts in the technical service area of the company Murdoch Sistemas S.A. The company does not have a software tool to manage the sale of maintenance contracts of its sold equipment, optimize the route of scheduled visits, monitor the work done in the workshop by technicians and have information on customer satisfaction through surveys. Given the current problematic situation, the development of a system is proposed with the objective of speeding up their daily activities, achieving the best management of their information; consequently, statistical and projection results are obtained for decision making in benefit of the company, sending alerts to periodic activities and obtaining information from equipment prone to failures. The development of the solution includes the inception, elaboration, construction and management phases. It is within the theoretical framework of the after-sales process by equipment technical service. It uses technologies such as programming language C# of .NET, SQL Server database hosted on Windows servers. The UML notation of the RUP methodology is used for the specification on design and documentation of the system.
