The main objective of this research work is to analyze female emotional leadership and its influence on the sustainability of Mype family businesses with more than ten years of experience in the commerce sector in Lima-Peru. In chapter 1 the theoretical framework is developed that includes basic definitions of the subject that we are investigating. In chapter 2, the contextualization is carried out through the research methodology establishing the purpose and type of research, the description of the context in which the interviews are conducted, the sample that we have used are certain segments through which the gathering information. In Chapter 3 the analysis of the results is developed from the information we have gathered from our in-depth interviews. In chapter 4, the discussion of the analysis that leads us to identify the conclusions of the research carried out is developed. Finally, chapter 5 shows the conclusions we have reached after having done our research, as well as the recommendations and suggestions.
