Resumen: Presentamos un plan de negocio basado en la creación de una MYPE dedicada a la comercialización de calzado con plantilla ortopédica para mujeres con perfil ejecutivo en la ciudad de Lima, se ha identificado las fortalezas y debilidades de nuestro producto en el mercado que corresponde. Se describe el estudio de mercado, plan de marketing, análisis financiero identificando los ingresos y gastos con los que lograremos obtener un proyecto viable y atractivo para los inversionistas. Hoy en día el mercado exige productos innovadores por lo que hemos utilizado herramientas como el método de exploración y método pitch para el estudio de mercado. Del estudio realizado se ha podido identificar variables importantes como la competencia, canales de distribución, precios y cantidades.
Como resultado de los estudios mencionados se ha determinado los precios de venta, el modelo Clásico a S/. 270 y el modelo Premium a S/. 310; siendo conservador vender 12 (doce) unidades en promedio por día.
Por último, cabe mencionar que el análisis al proyecto es de 5 años resultando un VPN S/. 527,891 con una inversión inicial de S/. 65,604 por lo que concluimos que es negocio viable. Es importante mencionar que estos resultados se dan bajo un escenario conservador considerando el crecimiento de mercado, PBI, y por tanto la cantidad de productos vendidos según el promedio que se vende en el sector calzado. Consideramos que para poder alcanzar los objetivos trazados es fundamental marcar el cumplimiento del plan de ventas apoyándonos en el plan de marketing estipulado.
We present a business plan based on the creation of a MYPE dedicated to the commercialization of footwear with orthopedic insole for women with an executive profile in the city of Lima. We have identified the strengths and weaknesses of our product in the corresponding market. It describes the market study, marketing plan, financial analysis, identifying the income and expenses with which we will obtain a viable and attractive project for investors. Nowadays, the market demands innovative products, so we have used tools such as the exploration method and the pitch method for market research. From the study carried out, it has been possible to identify important variables such as competition, distribution channels, prices and quantities. Because of the studies, the sale prices have been determined, the Classic model at S /. 270 and the Premium model to S /. 310; being conservative selling 12 (twelve) units on average per day. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the analysis to the project is 5 years resulting in a VPN S /. 527,891 with an initial investment of S /. 65,604 so we conclude that it is viable business. It is important to mention that these results are given under a conservative scenario considering market growth, GDP, and therefore the number of products sold according to the average sold in the footwear sector. To achieve the objectives, set, it is essential to mark the fulfillment of the sales plan based on the stipulated marketing plan.
