MINSA is the institution committed to the provision of health services through universal insurance and the social protection system. However, Peruvian health system presents problems of political, social and economic nature that does not meet the demand of the Peruvian population, because in 2015, 27.2% of people was not affiliated to health insurance published. However, the rapid development of electronic systems that support clinical decision-making has allowed the improvement of health services throughout the world. The scope of these tools is limited to the domain of the health facility. On the other hand, chronic diseases are presented as the major cause of mortality in the world due to late diagnosis and inadequate prevention, control and treatment. For this reason, in this project we implemented a technology model that serves as an alternative system for the control and monitoring of chronic diseases using low-cost Wearables. In addition, the system was designed to be used as a support for preliminary clinical diagnoses. It was taken an investigation of the main contributions of Systems Engineering and Electronics in the field of medical care of patients with chronic diseases in order to understand the relationship between the physiological risk factors of these diseases and the ability to control them.
