This thesis study is aimed at the implementation of a system of virtual application and technological delivery, the idea arises in the function of the current growth of the population in Metropolitan Lima, as well as the dissatisfaction of the population to the traditional service of laundry. In the present test, the technical, economic and financial viability of the implementation of this business model is found. The objective of this thesis is to optimize the current washing system and create strategic alliances with existing laundry companies that fit our business idea, our added value is the experience of the service, which will be reflected in the saving of time. An analysis of the micro and macro environment is developed, to then conduct market research to obtain useful data to help us adapt our business idea to the market, obtaining information such as the price that will be offered up to the types of service. It explains how the application works through cell phones, as well as the way in which they connect with laundries through strategic alliances, guaranteeing services that will be made and also ensuring the quality of the service in terms of time, type of washing and speed of the service. Finally, each of the investments to be made is quantified and then made by economic indicators such as: TIR: 27%, WACC: 24%, VAN: 19,164, PAYBACK: 1 year. The thesis is concluded giving the scope of the optimization of the service.
