The problem that affects most of the contemporary metropolis derives from the lack of artistic plans that include the homogeneous development of the whole city. This fragmentation, political and social, has ended up excluding certain sectors of the city, limiting its growth. One of the answers to this break has been the establishment of organizations that provide services to society. However, many of the social centers do not have adequate infrastructure to meet the diverse needs. The community development center is conceived as a project that allows hosting the activities proposed based on the requirements of the community. The center is located within the sector of Tahuantinsuyo, in the district of Independencia that is part of the city of Lima. The concept of the building arises from the interaction, which is presented in different scales throughout the project. With emphasis on the projection of public space as a structuring axis. In addition, the project seeks to consolidate itself as a neighborhood regenerator, granting an open space to the community. The distribution arises around a central square that orders the entire program, in turn intermediate patios are proposed that reinforce the interaction.
