The present research on valued aspects used in the solution “Career Service Management“ (CSM), in the satisfaction of the service of the university work exchange for Millennials students of the career of industrial engineering between two universities in Metropolitan Lima, with general objective of determine if the use of CSM solutions improves the satisfaction levels of Millennials students, with respect to job search. The methodology used is of the mixed type, a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design, with transversal classification, to measure the satisfaction level of Millennials students with respect to their university's use of the CSM solution in a sample of 273 students (199 UPC and 74 UDEP) with a survey through Google Forms and physical questionnaires. Also an exploratory qualitative approach with semi-structured in-depth survey method, to two groups: the first one an interview to 8 recruiters of the companies belonging to the companies Top of “Great Place to Work“, and the second to the two directors of the centers of UDEP universities (that use the CSM) and the UPC (which does not use the CSM.). The results obtained are: It is established that the application of CSM solutions improves the levels of job satisfaction, improves levels of satisfaction of diversity and quality of job offers, influences the effectiveness of the job search, influences the perception of accessibility and friendly interface in the job exchange and that the type of employment achieved influences the satisfaction of the job market in Millennials students. Qualitatively it is concluded that the recruiters carry out the search of candidates through the university work exchanges, which demand greater investment in time for the quantity and quality of applicants and prefer those universities that the CSM has implemented.
