This work develops the proposal for the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture for the organization DEVIDA, belonging to the public sector, presenting an integrated solution with agile methodologies for software development. In order to carry out this work, it has been necessary to analyze the process involved in its current situation and the desired situation, identifying architectural gaps and opportunities for improvement, with the aim of developing a proposal for Enterprise Architecture that, using agile methodologies, will allow early deliveries of software with access to valuable functionalities. In summary, the proposal will use mobile technology to collect survey data to feed the system of online indicators that will allow to quickly know the situational status at the program and project level, as well as help in decision-making. This will achieve an optimization of the process, as well as a reduction in costs. The work is developed in four chapters. The first covers the theoretical framework, the object of study, objectives and benefits of the project. The second chapter presents an analysis of baseline architecture and destination architecture, using the TOGAF reference framework. In addition, the project portfolio is defined. The third chapter presents the agile SCRUM methodology to be used. The fourth chapter defines a solution proposal integrating business architecture and agile methods, proposes a schedule and budget required. The document ends with the presentation of the conclusions, recommendations, glossary, list of acronyms, bibliography, and annexes.
