At present, the business intelligence area of many medical laboratories does not have an adequate management of incidents regarding the services provided, resulting in that, in most cases, the personnel of the area does not have a clear process to solve the incidents presented, resulting in delays in the attention, the poor quality with which they are treated and without respecting the attention times by type of incidents. The great majority of incidents are solved, however, there are many that are unknown the origin of the problem and almost always different tasks are being carried out to identify the recurrent problems, resulting in the credibility of the capacity of the Area analysts will be negatively impacted. It is for this reason that the medical laboratory is taking into consideration this research work so that you can have your Incident Management process according to the best practices provided by ITIL v 3.0 as well as having an Information System to help you manage your incidents
