The primary sources have been used to identify local competitors, market shares, revenue from collection, average donation ticket, qualitative and quantitative profile of the Peruvian donor – the latter, specifically through in-depth interviews with experts, focus groups and surveys with Peruvian donors. After presenting the results of the investigation, a brief practical case study is presented that allows to get to the research’s final conclusions in a didactic and concise manner. The final part has the purpose of demonstrating the applicability of the data obtained and verifying the relevance of this research in the task of achieving Peruvian ONG’s economic sustainability.
