Abstract: El presente proyecto titulado “Tú Mi Closet” consiste en el desarrollo del intercambio de prendas de vestir de segundo uso para mujeres a través de una plataforma virtual.
El objetivo principal es ofrecer el mejor servicio a las vende closet y a las compra closet, las primeras son nuestras proveedoras que ofrecen sus prendas a Tú mi closet para ser evaluadas por un tasador y posteriormente venderlas a través de nuestra plataforma virtual obteniendo una ganancia del 50%, por otro lado están las compra closet quienes son nuestras clientas, ellas tienen la necesidad de encontrar su prenda soñada a precios accesibles y de forma más rápida a través de opciones virtuales ( Facebook, Páginas Web, etc.) y tienen la posibilidad de vender dichas prendas si se encuentran en óptimas condiciones.
Se realizó una investigación para validar el modelo de negocio, por tal motivo se recopiló información a través de una serie de entrevistas que se realizaron a una muestra del segmento de jóvenes mujeres de nivel socio económico B y C, de 14 a 24 años de edad, que viven en Lima Metropolitana.
El proyecto empresarial consta de ocho capítulos que describen todo el proyecto y de donde se pueden visualizar las diferentes estrategias para poder sobresalir competitivamente y la importancia de las redes sociales en la actualidad, mediante las cuales el cliente accede de manera rápida, cómoda y desde cualquier lugar en donde se encuentre.
Finalmente Tú Mi Closet es una empresa con fines de lucro y de acuerdo a análisis, este negocio que se pondrá en marcha permitirá obtener altos índices de rentabilidad, debido a que existe un gran mercado potencial que está en búsqueda de nuevas alternativas de compra.
The present project entitled “Tú Mi Closet“ consists of the development of the exchange of second-hand clothing for women through a virtual platform. The main objective is to offer the best service to the closet sellers and to the closet buyers, the first ones are our suppliers that offer their garments to “Tú Mi Closet“ to be evaluated by an appraiser and later to sell them through our virtual platform obtaining a profit of 50%, on the other hand there are the closet buyers who are our clients, they have the need to find their dreamed garment at accessible prices and in a faster way through virtual options (Facebook, Web Pages, etc. ) and they have the possibility to sell these garments if they are in optimal conditions. Research was carried out to validate the business model, for which reason information was collected through a series of interviews conducted with a sample of young women of socioeconomic level B and C, aged 14 to 24, living in Metropolitan Lima. The business project consists of eight chapters that describe the entire project and where you can visualize the different strategies to stand out competitively and the importance of social networks today, through which the customer accesses quickly, conveniently and from anywhere in the world. Finally, “Tú Mi Closet“ is a for-profit company and according to analysis, this business that will be launched will allow high rates of return, because there is a large potential market that is in search of new purchasing alternatives.
