In the present thesis work, will develop the impact that has a proper cost management in the administration of a wine company. A research methodology quantitative descriptive not experimental and correlational, under the design of a case study will be used for the same. As part of our research, we have identified the strategically relevant activities carried out by the wine, which have been reflected in a value chain, with the objective of recognizing those that value-generating activities they are important for the development of the company's operations. In addition, it is proposing a cost structure that ensures the company identification of cost objects by center for cost and cost element. Which are expected to optimize and control costs; and information reliable and reasonable. With both sets of information (cost structure and strategically relevant activities) the managers of enterprises can better capture the needs of the customers, and will focus on strategies that can meet them, creating value at a lower cost. With proper management of costs shall be calculated and will control the cost of a product, generating information resources needed by the administration so that management can make decisions, make projections and establish strategies.
