In the construction of hydroelectric power stations in Perú and the world, there are no good practices that explain the application of a methodology that serves as a guide for project managers to comply with a management of effective projects. For this reason, the present work called research conducted, based on the guide of the PMBOK® - Fifth Edition 2013, which will be used as input for the development of the risk management plan. This project has been named “Implementation of Risk Management in the Construction and Infrastructure of the powerhouse at the Ayanunga Hydroelectric Plant“, this project is located in the district of Monzón - Huanuco and is financed by the company Enel Green Power This implementation of risk management is aimed at a real application from the evaluation of the business case to closing phase of the project. That is, making an analysis of the competitive advantages of the company, to implement a strategy to achieve the objectives and viability of the project. We will implement the Risk Management plan for the present thesis work, in order to obtain the following benefits: • Allow compliance with legal requirements in the different areas and / or business units. • Set a reliable database where the organization develop decision-making capacities. At the end of the present work it will be possible to conclude that everything developed can help the different organizations and the Project Managers that execute construction projects, which is developed and based on the good practices of the PMBOK® Guide - Fifth Edition 2013
