In the business world, electronic sales play a key role in the growth of companies by presenting a series of benefits for those that carry them out. However, Peru is among the group of countries that has just taken off in this process. This paper aims to identify a link between the factors that influence the perception and subsequent adoption of electronic commerce in micro and small enterprises (MYPES) in the district of Oxapampa (Pasco, Peru). To test the hypothesis, a method of non-experimental research and transectional design of the correlational-causal type was used. Through the use of instruments validated in previous studies, work was performed on research model of three factors that affect perception and five, adoption. The data analyzed belongs to 82 surveys conducted in person to a single decision maker (managers / owners / administrators) for each MSE. The analysis shows that, in the specific case of Oxapampa district, there are two factors that affect perception (Organizational Support and Strategic Decision Aids) and four that affect adoption (Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Compatibility, and Organizational Readiness). As a result, the MYPES most prone to the adoption of electronic commerce have the technological and financial resources to implement it, consider that Internet sales are in line with the work practices of the company, and see them as a support in decision-making and performing tasks in the company.
