The present investigation analyzes how companies of Latin American origin initiate their process of internationalization; becoming in the first instance in a multilatina. For this, it is necessary to describe the factors that drive companies to become multilatinas to become global Latinas as described. The research is based on the analysis of the factors influenced by the process of internationalization of the 3 main multilatinas companies of Peruvian origin: Ajegroup, Alicorp and Belcorp. They have stood out in the Ranking of multilatinas 2016 made by the magazine América Latina. The analyzing of these companies is important because they not only participate at a Latin American level, but also on a global scale. It should be noted that there is no common pattern of internationalization, however, the factors that drove the international growth of these companies responded to the context of the market and the opportunities for expansion they found. In chapter I, multilatinas companies are defined by their evolutionary process, information of origin and participation sectors of the main multilatinas. He detailed the factors that impelled the companies to become multilatinas and, later, in Global Latinas. In chapter II, the objectives of the research are described based on the problem posed. In chapter III, the methodology that will be applied will be presented. In Chapter IV, the start of Ajegroup, Alicorp and Belcorp is described and the analysis of each factor was carried out based on the internationalization process of each company. In chapter V, the conclusions and recommendations of the present investigation are made.
