In chapter 1, the basic concepts necessary to know two (2) of the best known AE frameworks and the benefits of implementing them are presented. It is complemented by the conjunctural situation that the peruvian environment sector is going through, and the services that the main environmental entities provide to the citizens. These two reference models will also be analyzed in order to determine which is best suited to the reality of the chosen company. In chapter 2, the current situation, the problematic and importance of the entity selected for the present proposal, called Senace, is presented. Which is a Peruvian public technical body specialized in environmental issues. An external and internal analysis of this institution will be carried out in order to identify opportunities for improvement. In Chapter 3, an improvement proposal is presented using the TOGAF reference framework and taking as a scope one (1) operative process, considered one of the most critical of the institution. This chapter also analyzes the project considering costs and times, as well as a cost-benefit assessment of the initial stage of the proposal to determine the time necessary to recover the investment made. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations found for the organization are presented in order to implement the business architecture proposal.
