This present work started from the need of optimizing the process of early delay collection management. Such process is a dynamic one, which requires quick decision making to achieve a good collection, which satisfies the goals and objectives of the customers. The collection of early delay requires stablishing effective campaigns and good persuasion techniques on the part of the managers. In these processes, good decisions are highly expected, for such decisions are to be made using analytical criteria based on systematized data in order to establish the accounts to be managed as well as the accounts to be assigned to the collection managers. All these represent, in fact, the core problem of this enterprise. For such purpose, the development of a computer-based system is proposed, whose project is divided in the following chapters: In chapter 1, the theoretical concepts of the business and the technologies that involve the project are developed. These are fulfilled through the analysis of the operational areas and the processes of the business as well as the understanding of the current problem thereof. In chapter 2, the proposal of the solution is developed by identifying and supporting the objectives as well as making a comparative analysis of the solutions found on the market addressing the solution posed. In chapter 3, the process of early delay collection management is analyzed on detail and the respective business model is elaborated in order to understand all the activities of the process. In chapter 4, the requirements of the solution, both functional and nonfunctional are presented. Additionally, the system model is approached by describing the use cases and its detailed specifications of high level. In chapter 5, the goals and restrictions of the system are explained, in the same way the mechanisms and diagrams of the software architecture. Each one of those points are described in such a way that they explain the architecture of the system thoroughly. In chapter 6, the construction of the system is outlined identifying the patterns of the programming to be employed as well as giving the details of the data sample with its corresponding dictionary of data. In chapter 7, the system test plan is described signaling the applicable regulations. The metrics to be applied are established and the use cases of test are detailed, which will be used to verify the correct functionality. In chapter 8, the activities for the management of the Project are done and the required deliverables are disaggregated according to the good practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
