The main objective of this thesis is to implement a plan for continuous improvement and to establish a systematic model that can be used for the management of returnable containers in the whole Corporation Lindley S.A. Concern about the issue arises from observing the date of collection of returnable packaging from the Authorized Distribution Center (CDA) Bajopontina, characterized by not only being one of the largest in sales management; But also one of those that registers high indexes of surpluses that surpass the capacity of storage and the occupation of an unnecessary physical space by the losses to such point that it becomes necessary to turn it into a pilot center that could be replicated by other CDA; To establish an organizational culture that will consolidate and mark a competitive difference that distinguishes us from other companies that operate in the same sector. This thesis is divided into six chapters, the analysis tools employed and the simulation models used in all the chapters allow us to conclude that the Lindley Corporation S.A .; Can substantially develop and improve the ability to control the investment it makes in the procurement of returnable packaging; As well as in the allocation of the physical space destined to the returnable containers that are acquired, gradually reducing the costs of inventories and the high percentage of losses by only introducing changes in the organizational culture of the CDA that are first acting at local level, regional; And finally, at the global level.
