The principal purpose of the project is the implementation of the logistics and registration processes of CERCIL by using the Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and the Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) technologies of design, business process implementation, construction and deployment of the application process. The result of the project is the Portal Process that brings abetter process visibility and control to the organization. By this way, is possible to evaluate and measure the performance ofthe process depending on the requirements of the organization, itbrings reliable information that helps the organization to identifyand make changes. The BPMS solution is the technological suite that supports BPMprojects it includes functional tools, technical capacities andinfrastructure integrated in a unique environment that can execute allthe functions of the BPM technology without problems. BPMS allow theprocess modelling that help to understand and automatize process. The Playback methodology is used in the deployment of the project,this methodology helps to implement the BPM life cycle (analysis,design, construction and execution) in the BPMS tool. Playback makepossible a high-quality result of the project and it can be deliveredon time with a low risk level.
