The cases of venom snakebites in our region of Loreto have been adding up 72, until week 7 of the year 2021, having the highest incidence in Peru, of 6.91 per 100,000 habitants. This is an epidemiological study that tries to know the factors associated with systemic bleeding due to the snakebite of Bothrops spp. in patients of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, which will allow us to know the clinical and laboratory factors that can help us prevent systemic bleeding in cases of venom snakebite due to Bothrops spp. In addition, to know the prevalence of predictors of systemic bleeding in cases of venom snakebite, as well as the “all or nothing” test, which is easily accessible and practical test, and according results, will allow us to make decisions and complement with recommendations to treat timely with antibothropic vials and avoid systemic bleeding that compromise human life.
