The present research work aims to determine the relationship between financing programs with the economic situation of small companies in the city of Cusco in 2019, therefore, a correlational, descriptive and design level investigation was proposed. non-experimental, the sample covered a total of 93 micro entrepreneurs who are users of different financial entities, such as banks, municipal savings banks and cooperatives, who are the main protagonists of economic development; the data collection technique has been the survey and the instrument has been the questionnaire, which indicated to counteract the result. It was found as a final result that at 95% reliability through Pearson's Correlation that financing programs are significantly related to the economic situation of small companies in the city of Cusco in 2019, (p <0.05). It was also obtained that the interest offered by the financing programs is high, therefore, they are bad interests, where it gives us a value of p-value = 0.659> 0.05, and an R = 0.044, which indicates a very weak positive correlation This indicates that small entrepreneurs are against such interest rates. The loan guarantees requested by the financing programs, is 56.4% which is regular, in addition to the value of p_value = 0.000 <0.05 and an R = 0.378, therefore, it has a mean positive correlation which is acceptable to customers. financing programs contribute to a positive degree in economic situation, according to the value of p_value = 0.000 <0.05, and an R = 0.365 has a medium positive correlation, therefore, small entrepreneurs indicate that financial entities are good since the majority representing 48.5%.
