The objective of this research is to analyze whether the criteria for determining administrative sanctions applicable to the conduct of the inspected for obstruction of labor inspections are established in the current legislation, and the legal nature of the research, used the Qualitative approach, because we want to do an interpretive analysis of the existing labor laws to meet the criteria and determine the administrative penalties for obstruction committed by the inspected at an inspection performance. The type of legal research necessary to establish these criteria was used Proyectista type of legal research, because this research usually culminates in policy proposals or legal situations or propositions that predict future events based on current assumptions. It has been established that the criteria for administrative penalties for obstruction of labor inspections are not determined, so it is recommended to specify an appropriate standard to establish these criteria and determining the amount of fines in those inspection activities where it obstructs the work of labor inspectors and assistant inspectors of work, as public officials have a mission on behalf of supervising and monitoring compliance with labor standards and social security and occupational health state.
