Percepción de la calidad de sentencias judiciales en abogados litigantes en procesos civiles, Cusco 2021

Abstract

En el trabajo de investigación intitulado: Percepción de la calidad de sentencias judiciales en abogados litigantes en procesos civiles, Cusco 2021, tiene como objetivo general conocer la percepción de los abogados litigantes sobre la demora y calidad de sentencias judiciales emitidas en los procesos civiles en el Distrito Judicial del Cusco en durante el año 2021, la metodología utilizada fue el estudio cualitativo se basó en el análisis e interpretación de datos no probabilísticos, siendo el tipo de investigación Dogmático exploratorio porque busca identificar la percepción de la demora y la calidad de las sentencias judiciales en abogados litigantes en los procesos civiles en el distrito Judicial del Cusco. En el caso de la presente investigación, la población es la totalidad de Abogados litigantes en el Distrito Judicial del Cusco que son 134 en materia civil y para la muestra se empleó la herramienta informática “https://es.surveymonkey.com/mp/sample-size-calculator/” donde el resultado obtenido es de 100 abogados litigantes de Cusco. Llegando a la siguiente conclusión: se ha evidenciado que existen insuficientes y escasas investigaciones respecto a la calidad de sentencias judiciales emitidas en los procesos civiles, así como se recomienda a los futuros investigadores que quieran indagar en el tema a emplear otros tipos de cuestionarios que permita evaluar la variable satisfacción del litigante para conocer otra percepción y complementar el diagnóstico. Además, que al momento de encontrar la relación de las variables y contrastar la hipótesis emplear otras herramientas estadísticas que faciliten su cálculo.
