This research addresses the influence of the “As Built“ model in the operation and maintenance of Avenue Argentina and Circunvalación. This avenue not only serves the function of connecting sectors, but also plays a crucial role in the economic development of the region. This research addressed the influence of the As Built Model on the avenue under study, for which a detailed modeling of the road was carried out using software such as Civil 3D, Infraworks and Twinmotion, which provided an enhanced visualization of the structural details. The in situ road inventory revealed deterioration of vertical elements, demarcations. The Pavement Condition Index led to the conclusion that the avenue presents a pavement condition classified as poor. With the “As Built“ model of the road as the main reference, a maintenance plan was developed considering relevant factors such as vehicular flow, markings, vertical signs and the surface condition of the roadway, sidewalks and other road elements. The result was an “As Built“ model with an LOD level of detail that is complemented by the vehicular flow, vertical signage, markings and the surface condition of the roadway. The “As Built“ model facilitates parameterization and improves maintenance tasks, in addition to the implementation of an information system of the studied avenue. This provides detailed information on the location of each component.
