Abstract: El desarrollo de la tecnología, ha incidido en la aparición de los Centros de Interpretación en
el mundo, sin embargo, en la ciudad de Cusco solo existen museos, se ha identificado que el
circuito Valle Sagrado de Cusco cuenta con cuatro centros de interpretación que cumplen con
el fin de brindar información entendible y de manera entretenida. Para proponer la creación de
un centro de interpretación en la ciudad este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo:
Determinar cuál es el diagnóstico actual de los Centros de Interpretación del circuito Valle
Sagrado Cusco – 2019”. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo cuantitativo, de diseño no
experimental, con una muestra de 100 visitantes y la población es no probabilística. Obteniendo
resultados favorables de las encuestas realizadas, se propone la creación de un centro de
interpretación en la ciudad de Cusco, ya que se llegó a la conclusión que el diagnostico actual
de los Centros de Interpretación en el circuito Valle Sagrado Cusco 2019 es bueno, como señala
el 54% de los encuestados (además un 40% más calificándolo de muy bueno), confirmando
que dichos centros cuentan con equipamiento que garantiza su disfrute e información
entendible; logrando que el visitante interactúe de forma divertida y tenga una buena
interpretación gracias a su vivencia in situ; del mismo modo gracias a la difusión de la
información, los visitantes se sintieron conectados con los bienes patrimoniales expuestos y
existió sensibilización ante la importancia del salvaguarde de éstos.
The development of technology, has increased the appearance of the interpretation centers in the world. In Cusco city, we only have museums, however; it was identified that the Sacred Valley Circuit has four interpretation center, these centers brings information in an entertainment way. In order to propose the creation of an interpretation center in the city, the aim of this thesis are to determine: Which is the current diagnosis of the interpretation centers of the Sacred Valley Circuit of Cusco - 2019. The type of research is descriptive, quantitative, non-experimental in design, with a sample of 100 visitors, the population is non-probabilistic. Getting favorable results from the surveys carried out. It´s proposes the creation of an interpretation center in the city of Cusco, the diagnosis made in the interpretation centers of the Sacred Valley in Cusco shows that 54% of the respondents rated it good and 40% very good. They also confirm that these centers have equipment that guarantees their enjoyment and understandable information; making the visitor interact in a fun way and have a good interpretation the experience on site. In the same way, thanks to the dissemination of information, visitors felt connected to the heritage assets on display and there was sensitization to the importance of safeguarding them.
