Clima laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento al estrés en colaboradores de la sede principal del Gobierno Regional del Cusco, durante la cuarentena nacional por COVID-19, Cusco - 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar la relación entre clima laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento al estrés en colaboradores de la sede principal del Gobierno Regional del Cusco, durante la cuarentena nacional por Covid-19, Cusco 2021. Se evaluó a los trabajadores, aplicando dos cuestionarios para recolectar datos, el Cuestionario de Escala de Clima Laboral CL-SPL y el Cuestionario COPE. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, de diseño no experimental transversal y los datos se analizaron mediante el programa estadístico SPSS en su versión 26. Por tanto, entre los resultados más importantes se evidencia que no existe relación entre el clima laboral y las estrategias de afrontamiento al estrés en la muestra estudiada.

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the work environment and stress coping strategies in employees of the main headquarters during the Regional Government of Cusco, the national quarantine by Covid-19, Cusco 2021. The workers, applying two questionnaires to collect data; the CL-SPL Labor Climate Scale Questionnaire and the COPE Questionnaire. The research was of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental crosssectional design and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program in its version 26.

Therefore, among the most important results, it is evident that there is no relationship between

the work environment and coping strategies. to stress in the studied sample.
