The professional training of the instrumentalists of the trombone and the ephonium, has as an important base for the calisthenics prior to the execution of the musical repertoire based on study methods indicate that they work with heating, which in the chosen institution presents a deficiency on the theme, for this reason, the purpose of this research is to verify to what extent music improves musical warm-up in students of the aforementioned specialty and institution. The purpose of this study was to verify to what extent the musical guide improves the warm-up of the trombone and the euphonium, in the students of the Higher Institute of Public Music "Daniel Alomía Robles", Huánuco-2022: the research was experimental, applied level, quantitative approach, with a pre-experimental design. The population was made up of 119 students of the trombone and euphonium specialties, considering as a sample 7 students of the trombone and euphonium specialty of the "Daniel Alomía Robles" Higher Public Music Institute. An observation guide validated by expert judgments was used, whose average reached 81%, and reliability was obtained through Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining a score of 0.83. The results of the present investigation show that 57.10% (4 students) acquired an achieved level, confirming the study hypothesis. Therefore, it is concluded that the musical guide improves the musical warm-up
