The present research work is entitled Budgetary Execution of expenses and Progress of Public Investment Projects of the District Municipality of Inkawasi - La Convención, period 2021, which aims to describe the Budgetary Execution of expenses and Progress of the Projects of Public Investment, due to the fact that at the time of further investigation, the management presented problems and inconveniences to reach the fulfillment of its established goals, negatively affecting its investment projects due to its mismanagement. The research work has a quantitative approach, being of a basic type with a descriptive scope and non-experimental design, thus, the following conclusions were reached: in Specific Objective 1 it is concluded that the execution of the accrued expenses and Progress of the Public Investment Projects, was 52.69%, that is, a regular accrued percentage, due to the deficient management of municipal officials and authorities; In accordance with Specific Objective 2, it is concluded that the execution of the drawing of expenses and Progress of Public Investment Projects was 52.68%, that is, a percentage of regular drawing, due to the deficient management of municipal officials and authorities. ; therefore, specific Objective 3 concludes that the financial progress of the Public Investment Projects was 91.87%, that is, a percentage of High financial Progress, which shows that there was effectiveness in the financial execution of these projects for well-being. of the population of the district and according to Specific Objective 4, it is concluded that the physical progress of the Public Investment Projects was 51.38%, that is, a percentage of Regular physical progress, which shows that there was no effectiveness in the physical execution of these projects for the welfare of the population of the district.
