The present research work was carried out to evaluate the effect of the interaction of three moments of application of cytokinins and the irrigation regimes on the yield of the potato (Solanum tuberosum). It was conducted in the research unit of the academic department of the soils of the Faculty of Agronomy at the National Agrarian University La Molina (12 05 06 S, 76 57 00 W) Lima Region, from September 2018 to January 2019. The experimental design used was divided plots with blocks, the irrigation regimes was randomly arranged in the plots and the times randomly in the subplots. The application of cytokinins was done at a time of the vegetative cycle at 25 dae (days after emergence), in two times of the vegetative cycle 25 and 50 dae and at the times of the vegetative cycle 25-50 and 75. The three regimes of Irrigation, based on a programmed irrigation of 150 mm / campaign, 250 mm / campaign and 350 mm / campaign. The TUKEY test (p ≤ 0.05) established that the highest yield was presented with the 250 mm sheet with 26,321 kg / ha statistically similar to the 350 mm sheet with 25,931 kg / ha and the lowest average that statistically differs from the two previous was with the 150 mm sheet with 17,438 kg / ha. Regarding the moments of application of cytokinins, the best performance characterized the application of cytokinins in three opportunities of the vegetative cycle at 25.50 and 75 days after emergence, with a yield of 24.648 kg / ha statistically similar to the application in two moments of the vegetative cycle at 25 and 50 dae with a yield of 23,273 kg / ha and statistically different from the non-applied control, which obtained the lowest average yield with 22,211 kg / ha.
