The objective of this research is to determine the classification patterns of the performance of the public sector through the technique of conglomerate analysis of time series to the regions of Peru for the period 2007 - 2019. The development was carried out with the indicators created under the methodology of the production possibility frontier and the association was evaluated over time with the time warp distance method. The indicator used to decide the number of clusters was that of Silueta and Calinski. Among the most important results, it was found that a pattern is maintained that prevails among the regions that best use resources and obtain ideal results, where Moquegua, Ica and Lima stand out, while another group that maintains strong tendencies to be inefficient compared to Ayacucho and Huancavelica. Finally, a predominance was observed in the regions that are subdivided into two conglomerates and remain both sectoral and global.
