The present research work has been made for the sake of determining the incidence of the presence of the nutrients Nitrogen and Phosphorus in the eutrofication of the Interior Bay of the Lake Titicaca, as from the information processing obtained of the Special Project Lago Titicaca ( PELT ). The monitoring was made in three lines: Line North, Center and Sur in surface and depth, the one in which the concentration of nutrients like Phosphorus and Total Nitrogen, were analized, also the chemical parameters: Dissolved Oxígeno (OD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand ( BOD5 ) and Physical parameters, Conductivity, Turbidity, Temperature °C, pH, total dissolved solids ( STD ). As a result, it was found that the Lake Titicaca's Interior Bay presents high level of eutrofication for the nitrogenous presence with bigger emphasis in summer season ( 6.2 mg L ) and winter ( 5.63 mg L ) respectively and Fósforo ( 0.76 mg L and 0.95 mg L ), the bigger presence of the aforementioned nutrients is found in the bank and conform one advances of the side toward the inside of the lake, these values diminish progressively. It arrive to the conclusion that nitrogen is a clear indicator of the presence of organic matter, agreeing behavior with the presence of phosphorus, the BOD5, the correlation with the OD, and the physical analyzed parameters. That way also, the OD decrease corroborates the presence of organic matter anit ad its correspondent degradation in aerobic process until the exhaustion of oxygen and the prevalence of the anaerobic process.
