The main objective was determinate the incidence of haplotypes (HH) related with depression reproductive in dairy cows, and related with genetics groups. The study was carried out using 8 833 breeding records, 17 478 genealogy and genotyping records of 60 cows of the Holstein Friesian breed, to establish genetic groups related to the incidence of reproductive haplotypes. Also, determine the inbreeding to establish their relationship in this population. The inbreeding in the herd varied according to the year of birth, increasing until 1988 and then reduced; of the 4 044 cows with production records 3 746 cows were inbreed (92.63 percent), up to 6.25 percent inbreed, 90.78 percent of the cows and greater than 6.25 percent of inbreed, 1.85 percent of the cows. Five genetic groups have been established, formed by the sires SOVEREIGNE, with bull 040HO02025 CHIEF, the second genetic group the BURKE IDEAL bull, whit 007HO00058 ELEVATION son, and the third genetic group the WIS LEADER bull, with 040HO00030 SKYLINER son. The influence of Chief in the generation of national males was 20 bulls, and Elevation of 17 breeding sons. The genetic group of Chief presented the three types of haplotypes HH1, HH2 and HH3, the genetic group of Elevation presented the five HH haplotypes, and in the Skyliner group only the HH3 haplotype but that did not influence into the population. Of the 60 sample cows, only 58 was genotyped, 5.17 percent are carriers for HH1 haplotype, 5.17 percent for HH3 haplotype and 3.45 percent for HH5 haplotype, and 25.86 percent presented haplotype for cholesterol deficiency (HCD), all related to reproductive aspects. Reproductive problems in the population are not linked in a high percentage to genetic effects, which can be reduced by having a program of directed mating and mating of minimum inbreeding and using sires that are not carriers of haplotypes related to reproduction.
