This research aims to determine the relative efficiency of Public Expenditure in the regions of Peru by 2015 in a global and sectoral way in education, health, transportation and communications using the methodology of Free Disposal Hull. The results show that the Ica and Moquegua regions determine the global boundary, because they are present in the formation of the sector boundaries due to the high performance and lower comparative expense. Regions such as Lima, Arequipa and La Libertad that are on the FPP in a sectoral way are the closest to reach the Moquegua region, noting that high performance in these sectors generates better results for global efficiency. Exceptionally, the case of the Madre de Dios region is the region with the highest performance in the Communications and Transportation sector due to the coverage it has with its population; Finally, the study indicates that there is no relationship between public spending and homogeneous groups, due to the presence of external factors that alter the performance of public expenditure
