Amburana acreana is one of the highly demanded species in the market due to its valuable commercial importance, taking into account its multiple applications in carpentry and its seeds in perfumery. Currently, logging has focused on a few leading species such as the Ishpingo, which has put it at risk of extinction. Added to this, the situation of this species intensifies because the production of seeds is only once a year, which makes its continuous regeneration impossible like many other forest species. Due to the above, the objective of this study is to develop an in vitro propagation protocol for the mass production of ishpingo. For this, I worked with seeds, which came from seed trees of the concessioned forest of the Puerto Inca district. First, the surface disinfection protocol was established in different concentrations of NaClO, obtaining better germination results with 75% and contamination with 15% in T2 (2.5% NaClO for 30 minutes). For the multiplication phase, 16 treatments were evaluated in the MS and WPM culture media with different concentrations of the cytokinins BAP and ZEA. The treatments with the WPM culture medium had little effectiveness in the sprouting of the seedlings. The highest multiplication rates were obtained with the MS culture medium with the hormone BAP, the best being T2 (MS + 1 mg / L BAP) with an average of 2.01 shoots. In the rooting phase, six treatments were evaluated in MS culture medium with different concentrations of auxins (AIA, ANA and AIB); however, the microstakes did not show the expected results and only the survival rate was evaluated. For this reason, three additional treatments were evaluated in MS culture medium with different concentrations of IBA, however, the microstakes did not survive.
