Relación entre los factores claves para el diseño y la finalidad de los programas de microcréditos productivos de desarrollo social

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores claves para el diseño y el cumplimiento de la finalidad de los programas de microcrédito productivos agrícolas de desarrollo social en el Perú. Se siguió un estudio cuantitativo correlacional para demostrar el nivel de relación entre las variables y las correlaciones de sus dimensiones planteadas de las mismas, así mismo fue transversal por la manera de toma de datos y no experimental dado que no se estableció un diseño o un material experimental. Se utilizó encuestas para medir las dimensiones a través de puntuaciones de los indicadores planteados en cada pregunta siendo los métodos correlaciónales de Pearson y Spearman utilizados para analizar los resultados y establecer comparaciones entre ambos. Por tal motivo se comprobó una relación entre la variable Factores Claves para el diseño y la variable Cumplimiento de la finalidad, lo cual establece la relación de ambos en los programas de microcrédito productivos agrícola de desarrollo social en el Perú. Los resultados nos permitieron establecer correlaciones entre las dimensiones de la asesoría empresarial con los efectos en la producción, de la capacitación del personal con el alcance del programa, el adecuado estudio de mercado con la acción colectiva, los fenómenos naturales con el alcance del programa y la asesoría empresarial con el alcance del programa, con el nivel importancia de mayor a menor respectivamente. Las cálculos fueron validados con el método no paramétrico de Spearman y reforzados por la semejanza de los resultados del método paramétrico de Pearson, este último tomado en cuenta como referencia por no cumplir con los supuestos que asume.

The present academic work has an objective to determine the relation between the key factors for the design and the fulfillment of the purpose of the agricultural productive programs of microcredit of social development in Peru. The present investigation its an correlation - quantitative study to demonstrate the level of relation between the variables and the correlations of their dimensions raised of the same ones, it was transverse for the perspective of the capture of information and not experimental it is provided that a design or an experimental material was not established. It used surveys for measuring the dimensions across punctuations of the indicators raised in every question being the methods correlated them of Pearson and Spearman studys used to analyze the results and to establish comparisons between both of the factors. For such a motive a relation verified between the variable Key Factors for the design and variable Fulfillment of the purpose, which there establishes the relation of both factors in the productive programs of microcredit agriculturalist of social development in Peru. The results allowed us to establish the correlations between the dimensions of the managerial advising with the effects in the production, of the training of the Employees with the scope of the program, the suitable market research with the collective actions, the natural phenomenals with the scope of the program and the managerial advising with the scope of the program, with the level of importance from major importance to minor importance respectively. The mathematical calculation were validated by the method not parametric of Spearman and reinforced by the similarity of the results of the method parametric of Pearson, the last one by consideration as reference for not expiring with the suppositions that it assumes.
