This study aims to identify, describe, evaluate and rank the environmental impacts for a project sprinkler, taking as a case study “Improving Irrigation System Ucuscancha, Shullapamarca and Calzada sectors, in the district of Chicla province of Huarochiri, Department of Lima; in order to propose an Environmental Management Plan. The methodology used was based on the realization of an environmental impact study, which was characterized for the environment and the stages of the project, giving them Susceptible Actions Produce impacts and Representative Factors Impacts, of the interrelation of these allowed the identification of environmental impacts. The assessment thereof was performed based on the methodology of the relevant integrated approaches, where the environmental impact is assessed by its intensity and by a number of quealitative attributes, adding the characteristic of impact, whether it is beneficial or harmful to then rank them with the most significant impacts in the stages of the project to make a proposal of the Environmental Management Plan. Among the most representative negative environmental impacts in the stages of project were obtained, as severe soil erosion and risks of accidents in the construction phase, and the operation and maintenance phase of the presence of vectors and / or pests increased injuries and / or diseases, contamination of soil and water as moderate; also have positive impacts as improving the efficiency of water resources, vegetation cover increased, improving the economy and welfare recipients. With the results of the ranking matrix, the corrective measures to be taken to minimize environmental negative impacts and / or maximizing the positive were identified; Environmental Management Plan, which takes full advantage of all resources in order to conserve and manage them for the future, so that a balance in the ecosystem is established, ensuring the preservation of the environment, and improving quality of life the population.
